Ad Art Sign Systems is a fiscally sound company because it adheres to certain basic business principles, namely: take pride in the product and work you do. As a national company completing more than 1000 installations per year, we source only from high quality and reliable major subcontractors and use only qualified laborers. In addition to the fiscal and physical capacities, we have existing and documented business processes in place to guarantee smooth operations without loss of productivity.
How We Work
Ad Art conducts weekly electronic project meetings during which management
discusses the last seven days relating to the progress towards obtaining
corporate objectives. This includes the overall status of programs and customer
expectations. For all significant contracts, Ad Art conducts twice weekly
program meetings to ensure that all contract deliverables and expectations are
being met, and that any resource allocations or reallocations are identified and
executed. Ad Art has a proven program management approach that is discussed in
further detail below.
We have an extensive network of various subject matter experts that have a wide
range of expertise that allow us to deliver high quality and on time solutions
to our clients. We understand that many projects may be dynamic and evolving,
thus requiring that our workflows are flexible to allow for changes when needed
during the project.
Our technical management approach rests on personal accountability and is guided
by industry best practices that are ingrained in our operating culture. Our
program and technical management approach is designed for continuous
improvement. This means that every person in the Ad Art organization has the
commitment and responsibility to improve every process, product, customer
relationship, quality metric and other deliverables within their scope of
responsibility. Each employee’s annual performance review has specific
professional objectives relating to the achievement of corporate objectives that
tie directly to Ad Art programs, contracts, and customer expectations. This
ensures that every employee is personally committed and held accountable for the
successful execution of our customers programs and projects.
Ad Art has decades of experience successfully performing complex and
multi-faceted signage projects. Our organizational structure has been proven to
provide the right amount of oversight, accountability, transparency, and
functional expertise to execute our contracts efficiently and effectively. In
order to best meet the needs of our customers and the industries we serve, Ad
Art has organized its business around three distinct business units or
divisions. Ad Art has a National Accounts division that focus on chain
restaurants and stores, an Electronics Division that focuses on digital LED
signage that can be seen throughout the country as well as well-known places
like Las Vegas and New York’s Time Square, and lastly Ad Art has a specialty
division that produces unique and often awe-inspiring monuments and displays.
